I was raised in Southern California, attended UCLA Medical School, and completed residency training at Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles. I have been practicing in Burbank since 1995. My desire to become a doctor began when I was 6 years old and continues to be driven by the joy and satisfaction of helping others. I am married and a mother of two. Although juggling family, work, community and church activities can be a daunting task, finding a healthy balance is essential. I enjoy regular exercise, reading, sewing, playing and teaching piano, and every moment with my children. My family and I are blessed to be able to serve others and have participated in medical missions to Mexico and China.

My Practice

I enjoy practicing the full scope of family medicine: from infancy to elderly care, caring for the whole family, and the whole patient. Our physical health is closely tied to our emotional and spiritual health and each of these areas play an important role in our wellness. Being entrusted with your health care needs is an honor I take very seriously. I believe there is a place for alternative and integrative medicine in our practice of traditional western medicine and am open to an ongoing dialogue of using the best treatment for each individual problem. Healthy living and preventive care are the best ways to stay healthy, but I am also here to help you when you are sick. I want to be your partner in health, and it helps me better care for you when you are actively involved in taking care of yourself.
